Videos Moving?

I embedded some of the talks from the TSR site, but the links have broken twice now. The Google video embeds seem to start automatically on my blog as soon as the page loads. Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

Hello Jonathan,
I don't know about the TSR site, but if you want to use the google video embeds and don't want them to start automatically you can simply replace the text "autoPlay=true" by "autoPlay=false" in the embed code.
