Philip Galland is a focused visionary leader with 16 years experience in the technology arena. He has held senior positions at Oracle where he earned the prestigious President's Club status, as one of Oracles top sales people. As co-founder and CEO, he grew two government focused entrepreneurial ventures, one dedicated to aiding federal law enforcements interdiction of criminals (child crimes) on the Internet and the second offered direct support for the United States Global War on Terrorism. Philip is also the founder of the Northwest Coalition for a Safer America, a private, public, and academia based coalition dedicated to working towards solving some of our Nation’s most complex national security issues.
