Lift France open stage

The Lift with Fing team just completed the open stage selection process and the four Lifters that have been chosen to talk at Lift France 09 are:

Art & RFID (Nicolas Frespech)

UNESCO to supervise Google index? (Pierre Mounier)

In-flexions, nonstandard design (François Brument)

Making sure the Web stays 'Generative' and the Future Open (Tristan Nitot)

Thanks to all of you who took some time to submit a proposal and those with whom we discussed. We had to make some tough calls, mostly because of a very tight schedule. If you have not been selected we hope you will have more chance at the next conferences. Congratulations to the speakers, now it's time to prepare your talk!

And open stage too!

The website is getting in full Lift09 mode now that the Open Stage propositions are also open. Open Stage is where you get 5 minutes slots on the main stage. You propose, the community votes, and we hope to have surprising performances and presentations complementing the main program.

It all happens on liftconference.com/lift09/open-stage or via the most magical link of all: contribute!

The first propositions are in

The first propositions are coming in, we have 2 open stage, 1 workshop and 1 discussion and more LIFTers musing on what to talk about. All these initiatives are part of LIFT's open program, the side of the conference YOU are in charge of.
