What can the future do for you?
Lift works to identify and anticipate current and emerging usagesof digital technologies through research, events, publications and services.
Seen in the advertisement section of Wired. I wonder if this works as well as it could on paper.
Dennis Pamlin, Lift France 09 speaker (video) and former Policy Advisor at the WWF , launched "the first crowd sourcing app for transformative solutions".
The app will be official next week. If people used this app more we would not have problems with volcanos (as we could have virtual meetings instead...;))
The 21st Century Office application allows people to:
• measure their CO2, time and money savings from new technology solutions for smarter office work
• share, geotag, use and rate ideas how to achieve a 21st Century Office
• see where in the world ideas were first generated and then follow to see where the idea has been used
• twitter and e-mail ideas and test results to challenge others to participate and work smarter
• build up a database that can be used to create tailor-made roadmaps for a transition to a 21st Century office
• see a short movie that explains the difference between a 20th century and a 21st century infrastructure
• and a few more functions…
The new version of our iPhone application has been approved by Apple, and you can now install it free on the app store. Some users reported "Video not found" issues that have been fixed. Please also note that apple forces providers of network intense applications (like video) to force users to use wifi. We had to implement this restriction and hope you will still enjoy watching our talks on the go.
Lift is coming to everybody's favorite phone, one day after the iPhone was finally announced in Korea! Here comes our iPhone app on which you can watch our talks, push them to your people, bookmark your favorites, and find out about our upcoming events.

Download Lift Application for your iPhone.
The application was developed in partnership with Akosma software and our video guru Thierry Weber who tell me that if your organization has online videos it wants to spread on the iPhone you should contact them!
