The following speakers have confirmed their presence at Robolift.
Patrizia Marti is a researcher in human-robot interaction and interaction design at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Siena. She will be part of the Near Future session, where she will explore interaction between robots and the elderly.
Interested in embodied artificial intelligence, biologically inspired robotics and biomechanics, Fumyia Iida will discuss how robots can catch up with animals in terms of dynamic motion control, and introduce an alternative way to think about the shapes of robots in the future.
The original Project Manager for Microsoft Windows, Tandy Trower has moved to robotics and recently started Hoaloha Robotics a new venture focused on robotic solutions for assistive care. At Robolift, he will speak about the future of robotics.
