Recently I came across a wonderful expression, "memory of the future." It refers to our ability to anticipate events based on experience and imagination. In the Foresight team at Swisscom, I seek to create such memories of the future for our management, to support them in long-term decision-making.

For the past few years, I have been running a collaborative innovation program with major Swiss corporations. Crossing the boundaries of companies, industries, countries and cultures is as essential to anticipating the future as it is to innovation. This is why I enjoy attending Lift and exchanging ideas and experiences with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
