Hi there, So who's Pukul Rana? An innovative thinker with strong foundation in marketing and product development. Working for the British Council, gives me an unique opportunity to work on global products and services designed to empower youth and young leaders through cultural dialogue and skills development to lobby governments and decision makers for positive change. As the Interactive Media Advisor I specialise in the integration of on- and offline for customer engagement. Starting at the ideas stage I will work through the product lifecycle to develop project plans, marketing strategies and campaigns, resourcing models, digital products, communities and networks and finally, evaluation frameworks. It's about getting people to tell me what they actually want to do, before finding the right solutions on- and offline. Otherwise, I've just bought my first house and quickly learning what it's like to be a real grown-up.
