I am a Ph.D Student at the Swiss Federal Institute of technology working on a project called "Mutual modeling in computer supported collaborative Learning", with a background in cognitive science and HCI. I am also an independent consultant in user-experience, interaction design, ergonomics and human factors.
My principal research interests are about how new technologies can support collaboration (more precisely collaborative learning). In my Ph.D. work, I try to assess the affordance of eye-tracking technologies for research in Comptuer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL).
More generally, my interests and competences involve Human Computer Interaction, the gap between the social cognition and technologies, User-Centred Design approach to web and software development, usability studies, video games (more precisely the socio-cultural dimension of the on-line communities around MMORPGs) and social networks. I will be delighted to have discussion with anyone interested in these subject matters or everything related to humans and computers.
