Kushtrim Xhakli is an internet practitioner and in many aspects a brilliant generalist. In terms of IT he understands and often even manages every aspect of a project from initial brainstorming to implementation without loosing attention to details. He knows the concepts very well both from a business perspective to technical point of view. Beyond this, Kushtrim's major skill lies in his ability to analyze businesses and industries.

In June 2007, with Ipko Institute, he launched a free e-learning education portal trajnimi.com providing free access to ICT education in Kosovo. The objective was to break the existing paradigm and offer Kosovo citizens a unique opportunity to develop their ICT skills. The portal was awarded as "Best Practice Award 2008" by ECDL Foundation.

He is a regular ICT Judge Member for Balkan Case Challenge, Competition in Information Technology, held in Vienna, Austria every year. Also, he is guest speaker in international conferences and guest lecturer in Business Startup Centers where he gives regular talks about e-business, online and telecommunication industries.

Kushtrim Xhakli now is CEO of Fast Europe Ventures, a telecommunication media company specializing in web-mobile entertainment and value added services who independently develops many markets and provides many specialized services using mobile as payment, distribution and messaging tool present in 10 countries.
