Jonathan Cabiria was a former business consultant for many years, specializing in internal corporate communications. He recently received an advanced degree in psychology, and now specializes in the fields of Media Psychology and Positive Psychology, especially as they relate to New Media effects, such as with virtual communities. His ongoing research looks at the benefits of virtual societies for marginalized people, and how those benefits are transferrable to real life. In addition, he teaches psychology at the Pennsylvania Institute for Technology, and provides life and executive coaching services for those who seek to add deeper meaning to their lives by exploring social justice issues, either individually or through corporate initiatives.
