Undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Florence (B.Sc. and M. Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering, 2002, and Ph.D. in Telematics and Information Society, 2006). In 2006, she worked as post-doc at the Department of Telecommunication and Information Technology, University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland, Fribourg and she managed the Memodules research project. Since January 2007 she is Assistant Professor at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland in Fribourg and she manages MISG Research Projects. She is also member of the Telematics Technology Laboratory at the University of Florence. Her current research interests are on the areas of Ambient Intelligent, Multimodal Interaction, Tangible User Interface, Personal Information Management, Document Engineering.
