What can the future do for you?
Lift works to identify and anticipate current and emerging usagesof digital technologies through research, events, publications and services.

I am originally from Italy, where I studied until the completion of my undergraduate degree in business and administration from Bocconi University in Milan. Then I moved to New York, where I attended New York University (NYU) and received a Masters in Computer Science. After graduating, I stayed in the city and found a job as a game developer at Rebel Monkey, where I co-worked on a PC title with Nick Fortugno, a well-know name, in the Casual Game industry. I finally moved to South Korea at the beginning of 2008 where I started my Ph.D.
At KAIST, I work as a researcher in two labs, the Human Robot Interaction center (HRI) in the Mechanical Engineering Department (with a special focus on haptics applications), and the Experience lab in Culture Technology. My research interest is an interdisciplinary branch of Human Computer Interaction (HCI); more specifically I develop and test password-input interfaces.
