Currently in charge of Direct Sales since 2007 for both Air France and KLM in the Alps & Balkans region (5 countries). This position covers all sales done throuht out our own channels : mainly the Internet but also call centers and ticket offices in cities and airports.
Previously Marketing Manager for Air France in Switzerland and Central Europe (10 countries). In charge of CRM, brand loyalty building (B2C and B2B), distribution incentive, corporate partnerships (cobranded products), e-commerce (direct/indirect), advertising (on-line/off-line), direct marketing, sponsoring, public relations.
