Lei Zheng - China

Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University

Dr. Lei Zheng is an Associate Professor and Assistant Dean at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University. He is also the Director of the Lab for Digital and Mobile Governance at Fudan University and serves as a board member of the Digital Government Society.

His research interests include open data and open government, cross-boundary information sharing and integration, government use of social media, transnational knowledge and information sharing, and E-government readiness assessment.

He holds a PhD in Public Administration and Policy from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany, SUNY and a MPA degree from the University of Arizona.

 

郑磊,复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院副教授、院长助理、数字与移动治理实验室主任,长期致力于电子治理与电子政务领域的科学研究、决策咨询和教学培训,曾主持和参与过多项国家和省部级科研基金和政府咨询课题。其研究方向包括开放政府数据、政府社会化媒体应用、移动公共服务和跨部门信息共享等方面。担任国际数字政府学会常务理事、中国信息协会电子政务专家咨询委员会委员、纽约州立大学Albany校区“政府技术研究中心”研究员。2009年获纽约州立大学Albany校区(SUNY Albany)公共管理与政策博士。
