About May and February

I got the question several times: why did Lift move to May in 2010? Well, it's as simple as some double bookings at our conference center. The CICG is used by a lot of international organizations, several of them meeting once every four years. 2010 is once every four years, and our traditional dates were not available. We had two options: one during the motor show (700'000 visitors = next possibility please!), the other in May, when we ended up moving the conference.

Next year, we are back in early February, with Lift11 set to happen on February 2-4, 2011. Until 2014 we should have no problem keeping the conference in February, or at least we hope :)
