Just 5 years ago the "Browser Wars" had ended, and Microsoft had locked up a monopoly on browser technology with Internet Explorer. There was also small core team of developers and a few hundred
thousand contributors, followers, and users of Mozilla, and the Firefox Browser with a hope and a vision that things could be better.

Skip forward to the present, and there are over 230 Million involved with Mozilla as catalysts, champions, contributors, and users of Firefox; all working together to play some role in making the web better.

Chris Hofmann, explains just what is possible when you combine a set of core values, build strong communities, apply passion and an open approach for building great software.
