Business Model Innovation for Start-ups, Corporations and Social Entrepreneurs

You need a conference ticket to sign up for this workshop.
If you already have a ticket, please log in.
Preferred time:
10:00
Date and start time:
Thursday, May 6, 2010 - 09:00

In this workshop you will learn how to systematically develop innovative business models. The workshop is based on Business Model Generation, a new book developed with 470 business model innovation practitioners around the world.

Workshop participants will interactively learn about a business model development methodology that is applied by leading global organizations such as 3M, Ericsson, Telenor, Deloitte, Capgemini, Public Works and Government Services Canada, and start-ups alike.

We will allow participants to start “practicing” the design of a business model during the workshop in a breakout session. The emphasis of the break-out session will be on business models that do good and do well. In other words, business models that combine financial profit and changing the world at the same time

We will work on a challenging case study, which is still to be announced.
