LIFT Job opening: Partner Care-taker (part-time)

The number of LIFT partners grew from three in 2006 to twenty-five in 2008. For this reason we are recruiting a new team member to coordinate partners' activities before, during and after the events.

Job Description
Partners play a key role for LIFT, both their financial and logistical support is essential to the set-up of the conference. The growth of LIFT during the last three years has been accompanied by a growing number of partners. We are looking for a person to be the entrypoint to LIFT for our various partners.

Your mission
Your job will be to take care of the partners and to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of their cooperation with LIFT. You will act before, during and after the event. Your tasks include:

• Coordinate pre-event collaboration between partners and LIFT
• Organize the partners’ conference presence on-site (flyers, booth, passes)
• Coordinate visibility with LIFT (online, print, media appearances, ads, logo presences)
• Make sure the partners have an excellent time during the event (logistics, networking)
• Take care of reporting after the event, gather and communicate returns, make debriefing and follow-up with partners, contribute to the sustainable development of the partnership with LIFT
• Ensure partners' maximum satisfaction in general

Workload:
20 days a year approximately. You can be directly employed by LIFT lab or work on a contract basis if you are independent.

Requirements:
- English and French is a requirement, German a plus, Korean a super-plus we don't even dream of ;)
- You will have to be flexible, enthusiastic, open to both internal and external suggestions, and dedicated to helping LIFT become the best conference possible for the whole community.
