Open Afternoon: you are the speakers!


Please go to the infodesk on 5th floor to see the current program. The program will also be displayed at the entrance of each room.

The Open Afternoon is a special two hours event dedicated to presentations proposed and given by the conference attendees who can freely address the community during 20 minutes speeches, all happening in parallel inside three fully equipped conference rooms. At Lift Asia, the Open Afternoon will also be the moment where the start-ups participating in the venture trip will have a chance to showcase their products.

Rooms information

The open afternoon presentations will happen in meeting rooms in the 3rd and 4th floor. Each room has a capacity between 35 and 85 persons. Presentations last 20 minutes with a 10 minutes buffer to allow participants to change room.

The conference will then resume at 4:30pm in the main room. Check the program for more information on the rest of the conference.
